Charts disappear and can’t refresh them

I opened the IPad version and the charts initially displayed. I used two fingers to zoom out and they disappeared altogether. I tried to zoom in and the screen remains blank.

Please help me restore the chart view.

Hello,

Is your iPad currently connected to the internet? If so you may try closing and reopening the app. You will also want to confirm that the Chart display is set to Vector Charts.
