Creating a rout

I have the Costal Explorer app for iPad and Android phone. Everything was working fine up till a few days ago. Its as If I am locked out of creating a rout.

I click on +New- tap the screen and a blue dot appears then I go to make another point and it will connect those 2 points in a blue line but will not give me the pop up menue with properties to move activate or create waypoint. If I try and click on the screen like on an obstruction it wont give you that little pop up information at all anymore.

I deleted the app and re-installed it and signed out and in no changes.

Not sure how to fix this or where to go from here.

We haven’t heard of anything like that happening before so I’m not sure what might be going wrong. When you try to create a route, what happens after you click those first two points? Does another click add another waypoint? (I would not expect the popup “tip” to appear until you end route creation mode by clicking a second time on the last waypoint.)

I have done that as well. Created a 72 mile route from Jones Inlet Long Island to Shelter Island NY and when I got to the end I double clicked on the last waypoint or what should be the last waypoint and the entire thing just disapears. I will try and send a picture of what it looks like.

There is a barely visible “Log” button on the far-right side of the part of the Settings screen that has the “Update Now” and “Options” buttons. Try tapping that, Using the Copy option, and then pasting that into an email to support@rosepoint.com and we can try to figure out what’s going wrong.

See thats the best I can post of what it looks like what’s happening mind you it is happening on the iPad and the Galaxy phone I have. So I am thinking it is an account thing I am not too sure. It does not do this on the laptop using the Rose Point version.
