I assume that this feature has not been added yet but we all know what assuming does, just wanted to check thanks as always Bubba.
The tow configuration editor is in there, but it’s one screen up in the Settings from where you are in the screenshot. The page pictured is really only needed to setup your vessel once or make infrequent changes. Since the tow changes frequently you get to it from the “Settings > Vessel” page. (However, it only shows up once you’ve selected “Towboat” as your Vessel Type on that "Settings > Vessel > Change page.)

That’s probably it… I bet the +Inland features are only enabled when your account has the license. I’ll make sure the next beta update enables them while beta testing too!

Brad under the tow configuration was the option to choose a rake discontinued for 4.5?

Since having too many options can become overwhelming, some things have been left out of v4.5 to see if anyone noticed and wanted them back. Since you asked, I’ll assume we should keep that one!
