When I zoom out chart drawing is painfully slow. Taking 2-5 and sometimes not at all until I change the zoom. In addition, there are times when the program randomly switches to north up and then won’t switch back. Response to the trackball input on heading up/course up/north up is very slow. Should I reinstall CE? The NOB file is only 13MB.
