I tried updating and syncing but tide/current data is still unavailable.
We still do not have access to the Canadian predictions from CHS. They usually deliver it sometime in January, so hopefully we’ll have it soon and will make it available in Coastal Explorer and Rose Point ECS as soon as we do.

Unfortunately, no. As soon as we get the data, it will be made available. All you will need to do is perform a sync.
Just got off the phone with the awesome tech support at Rose Point. She said Canada typically publishes by the end of January.

We finally received the data yesterday and just released the update for Coastal Explorer and Rose Point ECS. You should only need to perform a “Sync” to get the predictions (provided you have a current Canadian chart license).
