Trying to sign into Active Captain on my iPad and I can’t get it to work. The link on the screen doesn’t open up the login screen like it does on the PC.
I am also unable to sign in to Active Captain on my Windows machines. I just get a blank window labeled Garmin Active Captain.
On the web version at coastalexplorer.net, there doesn’t seem to be any way to sign in to Active Captain at all.
I have found the same behavior on Windows 10 and 11 laptops running Coastal Explorer (CE) current version. There is no indication of an error, CE displays a blank window titled “Garmin ActiveCaptain”.
