Keep getting this error when I try to access the charts store, I restart the app & phone, works fine on my pc just not my android
I am having the same problem with the app charts store in CE for Android. I’m new to this forum, so I’m not sure if I’m reading this correctly, but it looks like this problem has been going on for some time. Has there been any progress in resolving this issue?

Are you both in Canada by any chance? It turns out the Android app is marked as being available in both the US and Canada but the subscriptions are only marked as being available in the US (since they currently only include US charts). We think that is causing this error and also explains why we can’t reproduce the problem here.

Yes, you are correct; I am located in Nwfounsland Canada. So thhat seems to be a likely explanation. Do you have any potential solution in mind for this?

In the short term, we are planning on making the US chart products available in Canada. But that will only help you if you aren’t looking for Canadian charts. We are hoping to be able to offer Canadian charts soon, but that requires renegotiating our agreement with CHS and I have no idea how long that will take.
