Canadian Tides and Currents not accessible

Still can’t access T&C on British Columbia charts?

If possible, I’d really like to remote into your system to figure out why you don’t have them. Looking at your account, I can see you renewed your charts last month, so you should have received the updated tides and currents then.

If there’s a time when you have internet on the computer, give us a call (425-605-0985) during business hours (7am - 5pm), and I’ll make sure you get them, but also give us a clue on what went wrong.

I’m having this same problem. I see current arrows in and around the San Juan Islands but nothing in BC.

I bought the 2025 Canadian enc charts replaced the raster charts. We are in BC waters. There are many current arrows missing from last year’s version. Any ideas on how to make the current arrows appear again?
