NOAA is discontinuing raster charts and has started cancelling some of them. When a chart is cancelled, Coastal Explorer will hide it so you don’t accidentally use old data, but you can still show it if you really want to.
NOAA has a page where you can see which charts have been or will soon be cancelled.
