I have Coastal Explorer on my iPad. I am trying to get a .gpx file to import, and it does not load when going to Layers>Import on my iPad. So, I tried to go to coastalexplorer.net to log in and import the .gpx file that way. I keep getting an error saying my username or password is incorrect. I tried multiple times, even resetting my password, and it doesn’t work. The same login is accepted on Coastal Explorer iPad. Any idea why I can’t log in on the web? Thanks!
Apparently something went wrong when your account was created that resulted in two nearly identical accounts. We’ve removed the “extra” one and you should now be able to sign in to coastalexporer.net.
However, there is no way for us to tell which one of the two accounts had which password, so if you still get the message about it being incorrect, please try resetting it one more time. Since there is only one account assigned to your name, the correct account’s password will be reset this time.
