Can't sync between PC and iPhone/iPad - No access to database

Hi, I read up on some other posts about syncing between my PC and iPhone/iPad and am still having trouble syncing between them. On my PC, I can see I have a cloud layer because there is no file path listed, however on my phone there’s an error under the YOUR DATA UPDATED section that says:

Error: {“status”:403,”name”:”forbidden”,”message”:”You are not allowed to access this db.”,”reason”:”You are not allowed to access this db.”}

I’ve tried syncing, and signing out and signing back in without any luck. Any ideas why the layer may not be syncing?

It appears that you have two separate accounts, one with your Coastal Explorer licenses and the other with your cloud-synchronized items. It’s likely that your iPad was signed in to the account with the layer in the past, but then was switched to the other account which does not have access to the layer.

It would probably be best to contact Rose Point Support to get this fixed rather than discussing personal information here…
