This morning CE starting pausing every 2-3 seconds every 2-3 seconds. It’s the only application running and in device manager is using about 20% of the CPU and 30% of the memory. Where should I look for something causing CE to pause?

Definitely an odd issue, but glad we were able to get it resolved!

I am still seeing the rotating arrows next to the settings icon indicating a synchronization is in progress. Is that normal?
