When I click the CE logo on my windows 11 tool tray the CE compass symbol appears with a message box over it saying an improper shutdown occured and do I want to send a message to Rosepoint. As soon as I click either yes or no, the pop up is replaced with a warning/disclaimer that CE is not for Nav. Whether I click either option in that box, the Rosepoint compass symbol quickly flashes on then the program closes. I have tried multiple variations with out sucess.
