Changed computers

I have changed computers and I am being told I can no longer activate the program because it is already on 3 computers. I have upgraded the 2 computers where it is installed how do I delete the old installations?

If you sign in to your account at rosepoint.com, then click on the user icon at the top-right of the screen, you’ll find a choice “Account Settings.” You can deactivate your systems from there.

I looked up your account “tandmboats”, and this account isn’t associated with your Coastal Explorer account (your Product ID). When you sign in to rosepoint.com using that account, we don’t know you also have CE.

To solve this, click the Settings button in Coastal Explorer, then click the Accounts choice near the bottom of the list.

From there, there’ll be a choice to set up your account. Use the same username, email, etc., and it will see that there’s a detached account and offer to merge them. After that’s complete, you’ll see your systems and be able to deactivate them from our web-site.
