Chart display for the Inside Pasage

I am sailing in R2AK this year and I bought the Coastal Explorer app and did the US Coastal Charts from the add-on store. When looking at the charts, they stop from just north of Victoria to Prince Rupert. I emailed customer support and they told me the following:

“In coastal explorer, click the gear icon, click charts and add-ons and then select “Rose Point Navigation Systems”. These are the Canadian charts. If what you are looking for is not there, you may select C-Map charts.”

I did this but under charts and add-ons there is no option for Rose Point - the only option that shows up is US Coastal Charts - which I already own. Does anyone know if it is possible to get the charts I need? Thank you!

It sounds like customer support did not realize you were using the mobile app as only the Windows version supports C-MAP charts.

We are working on bringing our Canadian charts to the mobile apps, but are not quite there yet. When they are available, they will be listed alongside the US Coastal Charts.
