Charts Downloading issues

I have a new PC and have loaded CE but my charts are not downloading!

Showing that my account is not set

You shouldn’t need to do anything with your account to download charts.

Which charts did you try to download and how did you go about it?

I’m looking at your CE account and it appears that the account details are in there, so I’m not sure what went wrong, but it all looks good to me. If you go into Settings > Accounts does it still show that your account is not set, or does it show our username there?
