I had an older version 3.1.14120.1620 and after installed the newer the Product ID is no longer valid.

After we released Coastal Explorer version 4 at the start of 2017, we offered a $99 for many years. A year or so ago we ended the upgrade, so now you’ll have to purchase Coastal Explorer again to get the new version.
You can continue using version 3, but we not longer offer technical support for it.
