Enhancement request: transducer offsets

You already have transducer offsets configurable for GPS.
Please consider doing same for depth sounders. Generalizing the GPS
code for position in X/Y would be a bonus, but Z (depth) would be the minimum.
(see separate ER for multiple depth sounders)
(speaking of which, how does the crowd sourced bathymetry work without this?)

Although many depth sounders have the ability to set a depth offset within the sounder, we are considering adding an offset in CE for those sounders that don’t have this ability, so you may see this in a future update.
