Explorer charts for The Bahamas

I use Coastal Explorer with CMAP charts as a primary navigation tool in The Bahamas. I have been using Explorer Chartbooks for planning, and have recently started using the Explorer Charts on AquaMap on my iPad as a backup navigation tool. The Explorer Charts presentation is excellent, with numerous helpful annotations, route suggestions, etc.

I asked Lewis Offshore (producers of the Explorer charts) about availability on Coastal Explorer, and they said they license their data to Rose Point. Does Rose Point offer the Explorer Charts on Coastal Explorer?

I suspect that Lewis Offshore is referring to us as resellers of C-MAP charts. We do not have a direct license for Explorer Bahamas data.
