A friend of mine suggested (if feasible) auto calculating bridge vertical clearance based on local stage for bridges on voyage route.

We’ll be fixing the into panel colors and the COG problem in an update soon. We’re working on releasing one now, but I don’t think it has those fixes, but the one after that will for sure.
I’ll look into adding the size to the popup tips…I don’t see why we couldn’t add that.
Right-clicking should show the menu… Have you tried lately, maybe we have a problem?
There are IHO rules prohibiting us from adjusting information on the chart based on tide predictions and I believe those apply to river stage adjustments as well. We are hoping to be adding more sensor-based clearances and making them more discoverable though.

Well I haven’t been able to play with the Beta since finding that data usage glitch, I haven’t heard if that was fixed yet? But right-clicking wasn’t doing anything, I had to left click then hit the three dots. Not really a big deal, just a little quicker to get directly to the menu with a right click on vessels like 4.0.
That is interesting about the IHO rules, I wasn’t aware.
This one may not be used much, but I was wondering it would be easy to have all segments’ cross track bars in a route set to the same width? On the rivers, we’re using very short route segments and manually adjusting each one is pretty inconvenient.
There was a problem with right-clicking AIS targets and it has been fixed.
We also found and fixed the excessive data use problem!
Because of that fix, we’ve canceled the update we were working on releasing and will start the process over again. So the next update will include the fixes for the Info Panel color problems, AIS context menus, and the data usage, along with a few other things.

Feature request: User-configurable status colors
Another possible future enhancement:
The current Red / Yellow / Green status-band system works well, but it assumes that everyone interprets those colors the same way.
People have different color perception, and some users may prefer different colors, intensities, or contrast levels depending on their display, lighting conditions, or personal preference.
It would be useful to have a global setting that defines what CE means by:
- Red
- Yellow
- Green
The current colors would remain the defaults for backward compatibility.
This would allow users to customize the presentation while preserving the underlying meaning of the status levels.
This could apply not only to instrument gauges but potentially throughout the non-chart interface where CE currently uses status colors.
Benefits:
- Users with different color perception can select colors that are easier for them to distinguish.
- Users can optimize visibility for different environments (bright daylight, night operation, different displays).
- Existing users are unaffected unless they choose to customize the defaults.
I think this would improve both accessibility and general usability.
