Getting "No error occurred." error that is preventing me from closing

Good morning,

I am getting an error anytime that I try to close Coastal Explorer. The error says, “No error occurred” and it prevents me from closing the program. The only way that I have to close the program is through the Task Manager.

When I try to install Program Updates, it gives me the same error. I have restarted my computer and tried restarting Coastal Explorer

For this type of problem we’ll need to get better access to the system than the forum provides. I suggest you give us a call so we can get your Product ID to see if there are any error reports that may shed some light on this. If that doesn’t work, we’ll likely need to get remote access to the system itself, when it has Internet.
