how do i add coastal explorer to another computer when ive already paid for the initial product code?

Hi Victug,

All you need to do is install our software and on first start it will prompt you to activate. You can enter your current product ID and choose an activation option. The newest installer can be found here Coastal Explorer Updates - Rose Point

for some reason i cant find my product ID on the website or my email. where can i find it?

Give us a call at 425-605-0985 (we’re closed now but will be back at 7 AM tomorrow morning). We don’t really want to share things like Product IDs in a public forum like this, and it appears you may have a couple of Product IDs, so it’ll be easier to figure out which (or both) we’re working with.
