Maxed out license

I have had coastal explorer for years but my ssd on my computer crashed a couple of weeks ago and I just got it replaced and now it won’t let me reinstall it because it say 3 licenses have already been installed, it’s the same computer just a different memory card (ssd)

Sometimes a new main drive will make it seem like a new computer. You can use your Rose Point Account Settings page to “retire” an activation you are not using which will let you re-activate this “new” PC. You can get to your account settings by visiting www.rosepoint.com and using the account button near the top-right corner of the page.

I went into my account and I didn’t see anything under my account settings, i’m pretty sure my product ID from when I first purchased Coastal Explorer isn’t linked to my account somehow and I don’t know how to link it to my account

The easiest way to merge your accounts is by using the account settings link in Coastal Explorer. But since you can’t activate it now, contacting Rose Point Support is your best option. They can retire an activation for you.
