Please let me know if you can run the Actisense NGX-1-USB NMEA 2000 Gateway to USB Cable?
If not what USB interface will work with Rosepoint?

Not really responsive to your question, but I recently installed an Actisense W2k-1 NMEA2k to Wifi device. Which just flat works with Coastal Explorer, Garmin Navionics tablet app, and the Aqua Map tablet app. I had a couple of set up questions, and their tech support group was responsive by email.
I like their warranty, and the ruggedness of the device. the W2K-1 replaced a Yacht Devices YDWG-02. I had two on my boat, both of which died after about a year.
