New Surface Pro

I had to buy a new Surface Pro 11 to run Coastal Explorer but need to delete the previous 3 units, I’m not using any of the previous units anymore. Where can I do this. Looked everywhere, sorry.

You can do this on your account settings page which you can get to from the “Settings > Accounts” page in Coastal Explorer, or by signing in to www.rosepoint.com. Once you’re there, you’ll see a list of your active PCs and you can Deactivate the ones you don’t need anymore.

I can not open Coastal Explorer, I immediately get the warning that I use 3 units when I enter my original ID. When I log in to coastal explorer all I see is this

Where can I find the list? I don’t need any of the ones that are listed, is there a way that you delete all on your side? I followed the rosepoint link from above message.

It looks like the problem is that you have two Rose Point Accounts; one of them has your Coastal Explorer license and you signed into our site with the other one to access your Account Settings.

I’ve retired your systems from here, though, so you should be able to activate your new PC now.

Our support staff can merge your accounts if you’d like; that would allow you to control your own systems in the future.

Hi Brad, thanks for your replies and actions taken. My private blog is now available to me. Excellent job, as always.
