Hi, my iPad acknowledges that I’ve purchased the year subscription but when I go to the charts and ad-ons tab it takes me to the same yellow screen (see below) and will not give me an option to download charts. When I go into charts store it just says my subscription is approved and “owned!” But doesn’t allow anything further

After discussing this with our developers, your problem doesn’t seem to the the same as the one you commented on in a different thread. That problem has already been fixed.
To understand yours better, would you please send a screenshot of your “Settings > Accounts” page? Thanks!
