So I have been building a new layer with my IMac and IPad, yesterday went to work with my laptop running windows 11 and was able to show coworkers this new layer. Later that day went to work on the layer on my IMac and found all but one note are gone and the text not showing correct color.
I checked my IPad and the layer is working as advertised. Still able to work on the layers in windows and IPad for now just curious about what happened to the IMac. Thanks
That is very odd and I haven’t heard of anything like that happening so I’m not sure what could have gone wrong… But since everything is still fine on your PC and iPad, you might just try clearing your browser’s data cache for the portal using “Safari Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data”. Search for and remove rosepoint.com. That will cause the portal to reload all of your data, so it might be a little slow at first, but that should reset your layers back to normal.
