Recently my screen on my Windows 10 MicroSoft Laptop is showing two small screens on the left side. Is there a way to get rid of these screens?

You must have accidentally selected the three-chart-panel screen. You can use the Screens browser to select screen 1 which (by default) has only one chart panel.
