On the Voyage Plan menu (and elsewhere?) the Stop Navigation button does not seem to work. Here you can see that the Route is still highlighted after clicking the Stop Navigation button.
If I right-click on the route and select Deactivate I get this:
The only way out of this is to restart CE.
