If I sign up for a subscription now, through the App Store, will it start today or at the end of the month when the free access ends? In other words should I wait until the end of the month to subscribe?
If you are running the Coastal Explorer app on your iOS device and have a CE4 license, you won’t have the option to start a subscription until your free access comes to an end. After April 30th, you will notice certain features will require a subscription, when you tap on those features, it will prompt you to subscribe.
Actually, it is now possible to purchase a subscription even before the trial period is over. Subscriptions start the moment they are purchased, so if you want the most bang for your buck, wait until the end of the month. Your account and data will remain intact even if you wait a while after that.
