It cannot express degress(‘) on coastal explorer. Please inform me how to fix

We have responded to the email you sent to our support team with some additional information.
Here is what needs to be done to resolve the issue.
-Click on the Windows ’Start’ button in the bottom left corner of the screen
-Open ’Settings’
-Select Time and Language
-Select Language on the left side of the screen, then select Administrative language settings
-In the window that appears, click the Change System Locale… button.
-In the next window that appears, change the Current system locale: to English (United States)
-Click OK at the bottom of the Window. You will then be prompted to restart your computer.
-Restart your computer, then after restart open Coastal Explorer. Latitudes and longitudes should now display properly.
