Trouble logging in

When I use my Rose Point userid and password to log in I briefly get a blank white screen and then back to the chart. The result is that the login didn’t work.

We found a problem that led to sign-in problems when certain special symbols are used in an account’s password. The next update will resolve this. Thanks for your help finding this.
