Unable to view offline chart in CE for IOS

Hi, I’m not able to view the offline chart on my Ipad. The online chart works fine, the area selected for the chart is the Seattle area that shows when first loading the app, only the vector chart layer is selected for update, I’m signed into the account and the subscription is active. In the charts and add-ons store I can select Manage Subscriptions but selecting Restore Purchases does not do anything, and doesn’t seem to be working. The operating system is 18.3.1. I’ve deleted and restored the app but that didn’t help.

And I’m unable to sign into ActiveCaptain - when I open the sign in dialog box all I see is a rotating symbol that looks like the Ipad is processing, the email and password dialog boxes don’t respond. I am signed into ActiveCaptain on another app on this Ipad.

Hi Mark,

When you go into offline mode, are you choosing ‘Downloaded vector charts’ as your chart type or is it set to the default ‘vector charts’? I’ve noticed the downloaded option isn’t available until you’ve chosen offline charts to install. As for the activecaptain login issues, can you verify if there is a ‘Log’ button next to update now in settings? If you do see that, try to login to activecaptain again, then go to that log and copy here or forward to support@rosepoint.com.
