I am upgrading my iPad. Any issues about licensing CE. I also have CE on my iPhone.

Currently, the beta version for iPad and iPhone are not a licensed product, so there’s no licensing involved. Once it’s a released product there will be a license and the beta will stop working. Until it is a released product, you can install it on your new iPad the same way you have on your phone.
I have configured my new iPad. Position is intermittent. Several other apps requiring position do not have this issue.
