Hi I was wondering is you could download xyz or shape files from the usace website onto rosepoint? I would like the latest soundings on the Rosepoint. I linked the USACE website with the chart files.

Yes for XYZ files. I even tested one of the ones on the page you provided. The answer is no for Shape files.
You can find more information on how to do this in the Rose Point ECS Reference Manual, on page 68, under the heading XYZ Surveys.
